F11R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F11R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,859 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F11R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier, Positive regulation of endothelial cell development, and Positive regulation of establishment of endothelial barrier. Each is linked with F11R in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F11R-to-partner and partner-to-F11R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier grouped by F11R-low versus F11R-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F11R→partner) and Y-score (partner→F11R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
