F11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, SPATA48, and C10orf71. Each is linked with F11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F11-to-partner and partner-to-F11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by F11-low versus F11-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F11→partner) and Y-score (partner→F11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
