Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F10 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher F10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where F10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
