EZH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EZH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,455 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EZH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are F10, EMID1, and ADAMTSL2. Each is linked with EZH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZH2-to-partner and partner-to-EZH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F10 grouped by EZH2-low versus EZH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EZH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EZH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
