Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EZH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,348 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EZH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P3, RNU6-4P, and UBE2V1P4. Each is linked with EZH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZH1-to-partner and partner-to-EZH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P3 grouped by EZH1-low versus EZH1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EZH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EZH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
