EYS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,425 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMOC1, ARFGEF3, and MTMR7_S595. Each is linked with EYS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYS-to-partner and partner-to-EYS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYS→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
