Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EYS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA0895, BNIP3, and FCER1A. Each is linked with EYS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYS-to-partner and partner-to-EYS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYS→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
