Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EYA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EYA3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher EYA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EYA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where EYA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
