Across TCGA cell cohorts, EYA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,892 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with EYA3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA3-to-partner and partner-to-EYA3 results are reported.
