Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EYA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, JNK2, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with EYA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA2-to-partner and partner-to-EYA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by EYA2-low versus EYA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
