EYA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EYA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A5, OR2L8, and OPN1LW. Each is linked with EYA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA2-to-partner and partner-to-EYA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31A5 grouped by EYA2-low versus EYA2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
