EXOSC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,959 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with EXOSC9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC9-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 versus HPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
