EXOSC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3648-1, ELOA3CP, and MIR934. Each is linked with EXOSC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC8-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3648-1 grouped by EXOSC8-low versus EXOSC8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
