EXOSC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, TOP2B, and DHX30. Each is linked with EXOSC7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC7-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC7 versus MTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
