EXOSC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,475 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, EDC4, and HSDL1. Each is linked with EXOSC6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC6-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
