EXOSC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANP32B, NOL10, and CMAHP. Each is linked with EXOSC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC5-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC5 versus ANP32B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
