EXOSC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_S368, RRP1, and SCRIB. Each is linked with EXOSC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC4-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC4 versus RFC1_S368 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
