EXOSC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP416, MIR3928, and NTAN1P1. Each is linked with EXOSC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC4-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP416 grouped by EXOSC4-low versus EXOSC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
