EXOSC3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,769 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC3P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A51, TMX2P1, and DCAF10. Each is linked with EXOSC3P1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC3P1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC3P1 versus SLC25A51 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
