EXOSC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-835P, CASTOR2, and MTCYBP15. Each is linked with EXOSC10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC10-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-835P grouped by EXOSC10-low versus EXOSC10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
