EXOC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,965 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, EIF4A3, and SDF2L1. Each is linked with EXOC7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC7-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC7 versus VEZF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
