EXOC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,962 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, PGAM1, and BIRC5. Each is linked with EXOC7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC7-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPH grouped by EXOC7-low versus EXOC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
