EXOC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, NPFFR1, and C8orf34. Each is linked with EXOC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC7-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1A grouped by EXOC7-low versus EXOC7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
