Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,866 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP12, FER, and ZFYVE9. Each is linked with EXOC6B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6B-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC6B versus LRP12 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
