Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,573 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC6B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD74, EXOC5, and EXOC7. Each is linked with EXOC6B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6B-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC6B versus CD74 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
