Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-880P, RNU6-522P, and TIPIN. Each is linked with EXOC6B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6B-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-880P grouped by EXOC6B-low versus EXOC6B-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
