Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC6B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Chk2_pT68, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with EXOC6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6B-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by EXOC6B-low versus EXOC6B-high in UCEC.
