Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,282 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC6B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering involved in exocytosis, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with EXOC6B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6B-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle tethering involved in exocytosis grouped by EXOC6B-low versus EXOC6B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
