EXOC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,495 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIN, PPP2R5E, and AREL1. Each is linked with EXOC5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC5-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC5 versus NIN in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
