EXOC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM236A, HOXB1, and OR52B2. Each is linked with EXOC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC5-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM236A grouped by EXOC5-low versus EXOC5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
