Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC3L4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC3L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD62A, SLC35A4, and CORO1C. Each is linked with EXOC3L4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L4-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
