EXOC3L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,282 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC3L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1, CD93, and AFAP1L1. Each is linked with EXOC3L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC3L1-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC3L1 versus RASIP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
