EXOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EXOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM60, MFRP, and CLPS. Each is linked with EXOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC2-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM60 grouped by EXOC2-low versus EXOC2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
