EXD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZR1, GTF2F1, and DOHH. Each is linked with EXD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXD2-to-partner and partner-to-EXD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FZR1 grouped by EXD2-low versus EXD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
