EVPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,365 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVPL_S2025, MAPK13, and EVPL_S906. Each is linked with EVPL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVPL-to-partner and partner-to-EVPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVPL versus EVPL_S2025 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
