EVPL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,447 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPL, EPS8L1, and SCEL. Each is linked with EVPL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVPL-to-partner and partner-to-EVPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVPL versus PPL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
