EVPL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are AIDA, CHP1, and MAK16. Each is linked with EVPL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVPL-to-partner and partner-to-EVPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AIDA grouped by EVPL-low versus EVPL-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
