Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVPL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EVPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, MYH11, and CD31. Each is linked with EVPL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVPL-to-partner and partner-to-EVPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by EVPL-low versus EVPL-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
