EVPL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,151 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACYP1, SERPINA12, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with EVPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVPL-to-partner and partner-to-EVPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACYP1 grouped by EVPL-low versus EVPL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
