Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EVI5L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EVI5L data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher EVI5L mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EVI5L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where EVI5L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
