EVI2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,677 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, TBC1D2B, and DOCK2. Each is linked with EVI2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI2A-to-partner and partner-to-EVI2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVI2A versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
