EVI2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS9, IVD, and MYEF2. Each is linked with EVI2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI2A-to-partner and partner-to-EVI2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVI2A versus INTS9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
