Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP14, MIR599, and MIR4662B. Each is linked with EVI2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI2A-to-partner and partner-to-EVI2A results are reported.
