Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVI2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EVI2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, TMEM114, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with EVI2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI2A-to-partner and partner-to-EVI2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1C grouped by EVI2A-low versus EVI2A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
