EVC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EVC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVC-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C6, OR2S2, and CD300LD. Each is linked with EVC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVC-to-partner and partner-to-EVC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C6 grouped by EVC-low versus EVC-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
