ETV7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,378 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2L6, PSMB10, and PSMB5. Each is linked with ETV7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV7-to-partner and partner-to-ETV7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETV7 versus UBE2L6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
