ETV7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNP3, DYNLL1P6, and MRPS36P2. Each is linked with ETV7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV7-to-partner and partner-to-ETV7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNP3 grouped by ETV7-low versus ETV7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
