ETV7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV7-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and FASN. Each is linked with ETV7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV7-to-partner and partner-to-ETV7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by ETV7-low versus ETV7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
