Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,965 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Xenophagy, Pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with ETV7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV7-to-partner and partner-to-ETV7 results are reported.
