ETV6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, ACSL3, and ZNF516-DT. Each is linked with ETV6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV6-to-partner and partner-to-ETV6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by ETV6-low versus ETV6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
